# The Ad Lab Approach

We are ambitious and creative, but... we thrive on Community.

No single member has ALL of the skills and abilities needed to bring our ideas to life...

We don't have money to pay people with those skills and abilities either...\
(until we build the machine, anyway)

...but...

You know why our community will win?

It's because we band together as a unified team to defy the odds and build exceptional businesses AND we share all of our success and failures; no matter what.

The Ad Lab is a Virtual Lab where members use their unique skills & abilities to make key contributions to developing Web3 businesses in exchange for an equity stake in the business.

Are you ready to build a better future?\
Let's get our Entrepreneur on... together WAGMI!

### Introduction of the DropList concept (“the DL”):

Ad Lab seeks to reward key contributors (Tech, Community, Marketing, etc) with DropList aka "DL" spots for DAO Tokens. Each DL holder will receive 1 DAO Token via Airdrop on the next “drop spot”

* drop spot {a pre-scheduled day/time when a batch of DAO tokens will be airdropped. \
...you’ll definitely want to be on the DL…

Our 'DropList' concept is different from a traditional Whitelist because tokens are airdropped to the project contributors rather than minted for a cryptocurrency fee.

The only way to get on a DL is to earn it, period.

Check the Discord for DL opportunities.
